This policy explains how Veiled handles information on the game website and in the feedback form. Veiled is designed to work without asking players to create an account.

Information we collect

The Veiled website does not ask for your name, email address, or account details.

If you submit the feedback form, we store the feedback type, your message, the selected language, and the platform value "web". Please do not include private information in feedback messages.

The site may receive standard technical information that browsers and hosting providers normally send, such as IP address, user agent, request time, and requested pages. This information is used to keep the site secure and working correctly.

How we use information

Feedback messages are used to fix bugs, improve gameplay, plan word packs, and understand what players want from Veiled.

Technical information is used for security, diagnostics, abuse prevention, and service reliability.

Storage and processors

Feedback submitted through the website is stored in Supabase. The website is hosted on Vercel. These services process information only as needed to provide hosting, database, and operational services.

We do not sell your personal information.

Mobile app data

The Veiled app can be played without creating a personal account. Game data needed for rounds, rooms, scoring, and feedback may be processed so the game can function.

Online play requires temporary room and gameplay state so players can join the same session and see the same round progress.

Your choices

You can avoid sending feedback through the website if you do not want your message stored.

If you need to request deletion or correction of feedback you submitted, contact Eugene L. Apps and include enough detail to identify the message.

Changes

We may update this policy when Veiled changes or when legal, hosting, or platform requirements change. The updated date above shows when the policy was last revised.
